Dr. Flores graduated from veterinary school at Colorado State University before completing a rotating internship at the University of Wisconsin. She then joined Ocean State Veterinary Specialists as a surgery and emergency intern before becoming a full-time member of the Ocean State team as an emergency doctor.
Dr. Flores’ years of experience have helped shape her passion for emergency medicine and surgery. She loves the fast-paced nature of emergency care, the opportunity to support pets and their families during critical moments, and the teamwork that comes with providing high-quality patient care.
Outside of work, Dr. Flores loves swimming, spending time by the ocean, and a movie night with her wife, their cat Oogie, and their golden retriever Chata.
