OSVS is located in East Greenwich, RI with a satellite facility in Swansea, MA. OSVS is a 24,000 sf building with a very busy emergency service, a nationally-respected internship, and residency program.

Training programs are in place to allow technicians to advance into highly skilled positions in the ICU, Emergency, and other Specialties depending on their interests. These positions require some evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
